Cancellation Policy
Should a scheduled participant be unable to attend a course, they may contact us for a refund (based upon the refund policy below) or a courtesy transfer to a future session. A full refund will be issued for cancellations received 14 or more business days prior to the scheduled course start date. A refund of 50% of enrollment fees will be issued for cancellations received 2 or more business days prior to the scheduled course start date. No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 2 business days prior to the scheduled course start date.
